In my bookmarks there isn't a Organize Bookmarks selection. Where did it go. Just upgraded to 4.0

I just upgraded to FireFox 4.0. In my Bookmarks pulldown menu the is not a choice for Organize Bookmarks. How can I organize my bookmarks?

Click "show all bookmarks" (ctrl+shift+B), then you will see an 'organize' option at the top of the form
