What happened to the back/forward buttons history list?

Previous Firefox browser had a "down arrow" just to the right of the "forward arrow" button showing recent pages/sites visited. If a number of pages/sites were visited, they were listed in order. Then I could easily go back to a page/site and skip a number of page/sites I didn't want to visit again. Each tab I was using had it's own list, if more than one page/site was visited, just like the back/forward arrows work for each tab. The "History" in the Firefox menu button is not the same thing.

Use one of these methods to open the tab history list:

  • Right click on the Back or Forward button
  • Hold down the left mouse button on the enabled Back or Forward button until the list opens
