When I typed in a word, for ex, "space", originally FF would take me to "google search" with all the options for "space" in that search. Suddenly, "yahoo search" butted in and my searches are redirected to that place. I went through the forums etc. They had suggested "about:config", "keyword.url". Then right clicking and setting on "reset". Well, when I do that, my "reset" function is not available. It is faded. Then, I right click on "modify", and type in the one search option for google available in forums etc:

From here on, when I go to awesome bar and type in "space", it does not take me to that "google search" page, but it takes me either to my own "igoogle" page, or if I sign out of igoogle, it takes me to a regular google home page.

Then, I want what I searched for to be in the google's or igoogle's search box with all the "google" search results available. '''But the search box is empty.

What to do now?

I hope that I am clear about the issue. This I could not find in the forums/help pages.

Thank you for your help.

ps. Vista, Newest updated version of FF (4).

You can modify the pref keyword.URL on the about:config page to use Google's "I'm Feeling Lucky" or Google's "Browse By Name".
