we are having Open Webmail and when we are using Firefox browser to viw and reply the mail; i.e. when i iopn email in firefox browser and click on reply the cursor goes at the end

Firefox 4 and later set the cursor to the end of the textarea.
You can use Ctrl+Home to go to the start.
