How do I locate the folder a library (bookmarks) search result points to?
When doing a search in the bookmark library and you get a URL result(s) the folder that contains the information for the URL is unknown or apparently unknown. How do I find the folder that is storing the bookmark information. Information about the result (Name, Location, Tags, Keywords,Description) is displayed but there is no apparent information of where in the library the data is stored. For instance, the containing folder that holds this information.

I have found this extension is most suitable for my use: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/7372/
After install and re-starting Firefox
- open Library window Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks
- right-click on right pane column headings, check/click the column headins you want displayed; Parent Folder column is added by above extension
- drag column headings right/left to postion that suit your needs.
An alternate extension you can consider: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/go-parent-folder/
