Netflix advised me to change to 32 mode to correct Silverlight loading problem. Your more recent help is for FF 4 which does not apply to FF 6. The 'get info' does not result in a box you can tick for 32 mode. I have a Mac OS X 10.5.8 using FF 6.0. Please advise. Thanks Nirna
