My screen does not have the two arrows in the top left corner of the screen that would allow me to click on the arrow pointing to the right to go back to a previous screen, or the arrow pointing to the left to go forward to another screen.

How can I restore these arrows?

Hey herbrieke,

Sounds like the navigation items might have accidentally been removed from the toolbar. The toolbar can be customized pretty extensively, so it's not an uncommon mistake. Take a look at the Knowledge Base article Navigation buttons like back, home, bookmarks and reload are missing. It will show you how to restore the buttons.

Hopefully this helps!
