New Firefox is incompatible with my OS (Mac OS X 10.4.11). Is there an older version of Firefox available to download?
Is a version of Firefox compatible with Mac OS X 10.4.11 available?

Firefox 3.6.25 is compatible with MacOS X 10.4.
You can find it here:
http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
Unfortunately it is the last version to support MacOS X 10.4

Have you considered upgrading to 10.5.8? Then you should be able to upgrade to the latest version of Firefox.
This website is really cumbersome! Following the links only displays content that is unrelated!
Why won't anybody answer the question, "How do I get Firefox version 2.0 for the Mac OS 10.4.11"?
Please do not tell me that Firefox 3.6.28 "works just fine" as others have been told!
I know better!
It is this version of Firefox that tells me that it is not compatible with my computer!
I see from someone else that a university is saying that Firefox 1.0 and 2.0 are "certified" with them, to operate on an iMac G5 with a PPC processor (not Intel). Please help or tell me why you can't.
Thanks,

1.0 & 2.0 version it is not supported any more, it is too old and unsafe.
3.6.28. it is compatible and the only supported with your 10.4.11 ppc mac
see: Firefox 3.6.28 System Requirements
thank you
Ideato,
I AM running Firefox 3.6.28! This is the program that tells me that it is incompatible with my computer! And that I should check for another version that IS compatible!
But the link provided in the message, does not work!
I'm ready to abandon Firefox completely!
I thought Mozilla was a "world class" company.
Thanks for your input.
