There is a checkbox toward the button to Enable JavaScript.

If sites still demand you enable it even after turning that on and reloading, it could indicate that the site is "testing" for JavaScript using a method inapplicable to mobile, or is having trouble starting up a plugin and assumes that the reason is lack of JavaScript support.

Successful__solution for my Android: downloaded Foxfire 10 for Android Mobile app [free] WITH "QuickJS 1.1" add-on; worked to enable JavaScript to register and log-into MS Live from Android -- requiring JavaScript; and, to authenticate downloaded Hotmail app in order to send outgoing msn.com eMail from Android mobile.
