ich habe die neuste Version von Firefox (14.0.1) jedoch habe ich seit dem Update das problem, das dieser werden dem Surfen einfach grau wird und alle funktionen weg sind. Manchmal kommt auch einfach werbung... Ich muss den Firefox schließen und wieder öffnen damit alle funktionen wieder vorhanden sind. Das passiert öfters. Vorallem fällt es mir auf wenn ich auf Facebook bin. Jedoch kann das auch nur sein weil ich da immer online bin und offen ist.

Anyway, as I deduce, your browser is crashing. Please perform the following steps to give us a crash report ID that helps us find out more about the cause of the crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox location bar (that's where you enter your website names) and press Enter. You should now see a list of submitted crash reports.
  2. Copy the most recent 5 report IDs that you see in the crash report window and paste them into your forum response.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

You can also try my suggestions in this reply:


Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
