After updating to firefox 17.0 when I do a scan with Norton 360 it no longer picks up tracking cookies. These cookies that were picked up with firefox 16.0.02 what have you changed? Further I am getting sick of these updates - at least tell us users what has changed in new versions.

First, we do tell what has changed in each version, http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/17.0/releasenotes/.

Second, Norton should still be able to remove your cookies (just so you know cookies usually are harmless and you don't need to worry about removing them). If it doesn't, you can remove cookies from inside Firefox Cookies - Information that websites store on your computer

With 17.0 Norton 360 still does not pick up tracking cookies that were picked up with 16.0.2. Uninstalled 17.0 and reinstalled 16.0.2 - tracking cookies are picked up - updated to 17.0 and again no tracking cookies. WHAT HAS CHANGED FROM 16.0.2 TO 17.0 THAT WOULD CAUSE THIS. I did not see anything in list of changes that would seem to reflect this situation. Is this a new bug.

Yes I have installed the Norton patches - the problem is that when I visit sites which I know I pick up tracking cookies with firefox 16.0.2 when I do with 17.0 Norton 360 will not find and remove them as it did with 16.0.2. WHY
