how can I see the address bar which is buried above the top of the page?

I cannot see the address bar that is buried at the top of the page. My cursor will not go up above the top and will not force the page to come down. I have tried un-installing and re-installing, no help. I cannot use the site because I cannot get to the address bar. What can I do?

Thanks for the help. What would I have done to get to the full screen mode, so I don't do that again?

you've probably also hit the F11 key before - it just toggles between full-screen and normal mode.
