My email "reply" doesn't load. I can reply to my emails fine in other browsers.

I have a laptop pc. Web pages load okay. My email server loads okay. I can read my emails fine. However, when I attempt to reply to any email, the loading of the reply page does not complete. I cannot reply to my emails in your browser. When I use a different browser, my email reply function work perfectly. Thank you for any help in resolving this.

Clear the Cache
Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

and

Remove Cookies
Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode
While you are in safe mode;
Firefox Options > Advanced > General.
Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration. Then restart.
