If i have 3 windows open they overlap, if i click on the back one it stays at the back, i want it to show in the front so i can read it. One always stays in the front and the others slide behind it.

Chosen solution

If there is a plugin-container active (e.g. Flash) in a window then this window might stay up front and keep the focus.

Try restarting Firefox. If that doesn't work try double-click the window on the back. If all else fails, minimize the front window.
