I recently got a new modem, and ever since then I've noticed YouTube videos will randomly stop loading (particularly longer ones, although I have had short videos stop loading too). Switching to HTML5 video player seems to let me play videos without having any loading issues.

- I've tried resetting my router.

- Reinstalling Adobe Flash Player 14.0.0.125

- Clearing my recent history

- Flushing my dns

- Turning DASH playback off

- I've tried posting on Adobe Flash Player and Youtube forums for help but nobody replied

- It's been happening for over 2 months now.

- Videos seem to load fine on Chrome

I'm not really sure what else to do, I'm assuming it has something to do with my new modem, but I have no idea how to fix this.

I'll be using Chrome until I find a solution to this.

Try Firefox without hardware acceleration is that makes any difference. Click Tools / Options or click menu button in browser then Options. Then Advanced / General.Remove the tick for hardware acceleration where available.

Flash also has hard acceleration, right click on any flash video. Select settings, disable the hardware acceleration option & see if this helps or not.
