Hi - I did reset Firefox - but the Facebook page is still blocked.

ok, this looks alright so far. can you try to reset your hosts file with the ms fixit from https://support2.microsoft.com/kb/972034?
also run a scan with free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner in case you have not used those two tools so far...
