copyallurls ctrl+alt+c shortcut no longer working
After upgrading from Firefox 30 the shortcut ctrl+alt+c to copy all urls no longer works with the extension copyallurls. However, copying all urls still works if I use it from the edit menu or right click menu (it adds entries in those locations). Using another shortcut ctrl+alt+v for pasting urls still works fine. Still happens on a fresh install with it being the only extension.
These entries appear in the browser console: Key event not available on some keyboard layouts: key="c" modifiers="control alt" browser.xul Key event not available on some keyboard layouts: key="x" modifiers="control alt" browser.xul Key event not available on some keyboard layouts: key="o" modifiers="control alt" browser.xul Key event not available on some keyboard layouts: key="c" modifiers="accel, alt" browser.xul Key event not available on some keyboard layouts: key="v" modifiers="control alt" browser.xul
Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately this add on Copy All Urls is not available for version 33.
