A few versions back (maybe mozilla 30?), the newtab page used to display 9 thumbnails on my 10" netbook. However, with recent updates, that has been reduced to only 3. I know a netbook has a much smaller screen size than most computers and that having more than 3 thumbnails (say 9), would make for really small thumbnails on the newtab page, but I really didn't mind it back when that was the case. If there is a way for future updates to mozilla to still accomodate users of netbooks that would be much appreciated.

Thank-you.

Hi, you need to zoom out to increase the number of thumbnails. Or you could try the New Tab Tools add-on, which has a variety of customization possibilities. Hope that helps.

"you need to zoom out" is obvious - HOW to do that? click on customize icon, and select 80% - BUT - you have to do that every time! - Not a functional solution
