In an existing Thunderbird installation I added a gmail account. During this process when I was invited to enter a password I left the password blank because I did not want a password. When I go to access my gmail mail I get prompted for a password. If I don't enter a password or hit "cancel" nothing seems to happen. I am not receiving any test emails into the gmail account within Thunderbird.

Chosen solution

Manual configuration of your Settings like POP3/IMAP/SMTP and Port No Try it Manually

List of Mail Server address and PORT No

Need password to verify the email Address, but you can make secure asking password while sending an email.
