Are the proxy settings in about:config available in a file I can then place on other tablets?

We have to downgrade to an older version of Firefox for Android due to a compatibility issue with one of our internal websites. This requires an uninstall of the current version which wipes the proxy settings. Are these settings in a file I can extract and then place on the tablets so we don't have to manually enter them on each? We will be using a Device Management client that should be able to push this file to the device. We have about 600 unrooted, stock Samsung tablets so you can see why I would like to automate it :)

Thanks

The Firefox profile on Android is in a location that is not reachable by users.
