Why do I keep loosing the three buttons on the top left of the window?

Lately the three buttons - red, yellow, green - do not always appear. I have to "quit" Firefox to get them back. Now they are disappearing from the laptop, also. I use a Mac.

Try to toggle the title bar on via the "Title Bar" button at the bottom left in the Customize palette window.
