After update of firefox, always went to crash report screen immediately upon startup Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still crashes Had multiple profiles, so removed default profile and profiles.ini to have one new default profile, reinstalled Doesn't crash on startup now, but always crashes on exiting, either file/exit or close button in upper right Deleted all mdmp files, still crashes on exit latest crash report submitted listed below Crash ID: bp-6147bb0a-82aa-4872-8b7b-714bd2150703

hi gred22, this looks like a crash in relation to hardware acceleration - please try updating your graphics driver & displaylink drivers (these should be the right links for your system): http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/82467 http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/downloads.php

in case this doesn't solve the issue,you could also try to disable hardware acceleration in the firefox menu ≡ > options > advanced > general (that setting will take a restart of the browser to take effect).

The driver was the problem. I don't know how long its been - had 311.06 and updated to 341.44.
