When Viewing Dynamcs CRM in Firefox, Screen renders as if on a mobile phone. In IE I can change the view using Compatibility settings but I can't find similar in Firefox. Any Ideas anyone?

Chosen solution

Try to enable compatibility mode:

  1. Type about:config in the address bar and click/press Enter
  2. Accept the warning
  3. Find the line general.useragent.compatMode.firefox
  4. Double-click on the value (false by default) to change it to true
  5. Close the about:config tab and try again
