Hi,

Just changed from Trend Micro anti-virus to Kaspersky 2016. At the same time Firefox was updated to V41. At the same time my Trusteer Rapport green icon disappeared and as yet can't find a way to get it back. Trusteer reports it is running.

It's not an unusual situation to find the Trusteer icon has disappeared when Firefox updates, it's happened three or four times in the last few years.

It is up to the av vendor to keep their extensions compatible with Firefox. The vendor may have a user support forum where you can get support for their extension.

Open the Customize window and set which toolbar items to display.

  • "3-bar" menu button > Customize
  • if missing items are in the Customize palette then drag them back from the Customize window on the toolbar
  • if you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the Customize palette then click the Restore Defaults button to restore the default toolbar setup

Also make sure that you have the latest updates of your Trusteer software. You can try to contact Trusteer for support.
