You could export the chosen Contacts to a file and send that. I think you can select specific Contacts and export them. LDIF would be good, CSV a reasonable fall back option. I think better would be to install this addon on both machines: https://nic-nac-project.org/~kaosmos/morecols-en.html and use it to send Contacts as vCard attachments. The recipient should be able to add them directly to her address book from within the message.
