We send emails to our customers and add a url for them to write a review using Google. But the link doesn't open or work properly on IE. How can I force the url send through emails to open in Firefox if their default browser is IE? Or is there other way to get their IE browser to open our link and leave a review? Thanks in advance!

Create a shortcut. Then edit it so it looks something like this;

C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe http://www.movies.com/movie-times/06426-movie-times

Note: All one line.
