Unable to import JSON file into new computer

more options

I just got a new computer with Windows 10 OS. Before I shut down my old computer I saved the bookmarks as a JSON file, which I now realize was a mistake. I am unable to import the JSON file into my new computer. Is there someway I can import this JSON and/or translate it to an HTML file so I can get my bookmarks? Thanks
