If I try to use the Responsive Design View (via Tools menu or via shortcut) then nothing happens.

Looking in the browser console the following error occurs - TypeError: this.ResponsiveUIManager is undefined ResponsiveUI.toggle() - mainUI.js:268 oncommand() - browser.xul:1

running latest version 47.0.1, but this has been a problem for the last 2 versions or so...

I am not testing on Fx47 on Windows 7 but the Responsive Design View works ok for me.

I should be able to try Windows 7 another day. Maybe you should consider it is possibly a problem on your System and try such things as a new profile and Firefox's safe mode.
