hi, your system details show that you're on win xp - if you are using windows 7 though, please right-click the firefox shortcut on the desktop, go to properties > compatibility and disable any compatibility settings fro the browser...

Firefox is currently at 48.0.1 Release as 47.0.1 is two updates behind.

Your useragent is displaying as using Windows XP so you should fix that if you are really using Win7. WinXP users are being served 43.0.1 on mozilla.org due to signing of setups since 43.0.2 as it is not possible to tell if user has WinXP SP2 or SP3. You can however do update in Firefox 43.0.1 to 48.0.1.

windows users are not yet served updates to firefox 48 currently due to an ongoing startup crash issue with websense endpoint until a 48.0.2 comes out.
