I have an important contact whose emails have started going into spam. How to make sure that a particular sender's emails do NOT go into spam even though she is in my address book?

"Spam" or "Junk"?

Thunderbird marks suspect mail as Junk. If it's being labelled Spam, or is being put into a folder named Spam then you need to look elsewhere. Most likely your email provider, ISP or your own security software.
