I was using firefox for long time but not all of it. So I decided to update and somewhere I lost all my previous choices and setup. Help me get it back?

I decided to update firefox and during the process I was ask about my choices and I had no idea the impact my decision would make on what came up. I don't have time to reset even the most minor choices so is there a switch to help me back my previous decisions that had evolved over years?

Did Firefox perform a Refresh? The tell-tale sign is a new Old Firefox Data folder on your desktop and, inside, a folder with a semi-random name that contains your old settings files.

If you find that folder, your options are listed out in the following recent thread: Refresh didn't save bookmarks and other stuff; how do I get it back?
