Latest Firefox version No add-on enabled (Ad block plus disabled)

The images are black blocks as seen in the image attached when I come back from any other tab for a length of webpage.

After scrolling 2 3 pages it shows the new images (black image blocks stay black)

Experiencing this issue recently, was not facing before 1 month or earlier.

Hi

No problem, I think I know what you mean. This can be caused by an excess file cache causing performance issues on your device, a problem that is not necessarily isolated to Firefox for Android.

I recommend looking at the Apps option under the Settings app (usually a cogwheel design) and going into Firefox for Android and a few other apps on your device and clearing the Cache (do not clear Data).

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.

Hi Seguro, Thanks for the quick response.

I tried your solution and after clearing cache , around 300mb and browser restart the problem was resolved.

But today I am facing the same thing again. The cache is checked is only 48 mb.

Please advise a more permanent solution.

Hi

You may need to the same process but clear out the cache from other apps that you have installed on the device.

Other options to free up space you may need to move apps to any installed external memory card as well as music files and images.

A specialist Android support forum will be able to help you with this.
