Attention of FredMcD Thanks for your advice. I have removed Adobe as suggested, but now certain functions and games in Facebook no longer work, they tell me I need to download Adobe, is there a fix for this? Secondly I have tried to check for updated settings, but the PC tells me I need administrator rights?? I am the owner of this laptop (Bought as new) and the only user, so why do I not have administrator rights? I have tried looking up how to change / update my settings so I become the Administrator, but have been unable to do so. update the settings, So still unable to fix Eddie

Attention of FredMcD I have attached a couple of screenshots, when I access CMD, it does NOT offer administrator as an option, and jumps to users\Eddie

How do I change to Administrator?

Why three threads for the same support question? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1152303 - locked https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1152262 - question that Fred asked, which you haven't answered
