When deleting an email from the "All Mail" folder, is the copy that has previously been put in another sub-folder I have created also get deleted? For instance I have created a sub-folder that I named "Flight Info" and moved the email containing that information into the folder by click & drag. If I were to delete the copy in the "All Mail folder, will it also delete the copy in the "Flight Info" folder?

You'll need to understand the Gmail label concept. See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Gmail

What are you trying to achieve in the first place? I wouldn't try to delete messages from 'All Mail' in the first place.
