How do I update my Mozilla registry?
Geek Squad diagnosis said that my Mozilla registry is corrupted and I need an updated version. How do I get one to correct my problems?
Chosen solution
Sorry, this is indeed a known problem with Firefox 54. A certain scripting or site design pattern is now considered invalid, which happens to be used in Earthlink's webmail site.
More background: after firefox 54.0 update I can't send email with earthlink webmail
Hopefully Earthlink will fix it on their end because there is no known workaround within Firefox at the moment. Until then, you can keep using IE for Earthlink. If IE performs poorly on the site, you also could consider: Install an older version of Firefox.

Hmm, that's not a term that has a clear meaning in relation to Firefox. What kind of symptoms are afflicting your browser?

- prompted to provide login, not accepted
- shows it was sent but it is never received
- sits in the Outbox forever

I use earthlink for my email when using Firefox browser. I only have trouble sending (everything just stops; send button turns gray and nothing happens until I hit something else like check mail). All other functions work fine. I discovered I can send emails if I use Internet Explorer. But I don't like IE.

Note that there have been issues reported sending emails via Earthlink webmail. So if you use this service then you need to wait until Earthlink fixes this.
