When I open a new tab and click on a book mark the loaded page says it's insecure. The tab shows "Insecure Connection". It will not load my email address facebook or any other bookmarks.

Be sure that the link is correct.

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.
