My email program is stuck on the same message. I cannot receive any messages sent after this one and it keeps downloading the same message.
I received an email message from Groupon on 11/6 at 4:19am and my email program keeps downloading the same email over and over. I cannot receive emails that were sent after this email. I can see them on my phone, but not in Thunderbird on my laptop. I need to be able to respond to emails for work on my laptop so this is a problem. Please help.

Go to your providers Webmail site and delete the problem message or do it from your phone if you see it there. If you want to keep the message just move it out of your Inbox.
