Went to add ons-then get add ons-searched for Ebates and got it-then a little box popped up saying Ebates to get my approval- I said OK-another box popped up-saying Fire added Ebates. Then when I go to check it-Ebates is not added to any Extension or anyway. And when I try to add Ebates to a site I get this message-"Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (abp) isn’t associated with any program or is not allowed in this context.

You might need to install other software to open this address."

I have allowed pop- ups to the sites I want Ebates to be on Any HELP?

Mozilla ok;s Extensions for use with Firefox that are submitted by the Developer and provides a web site for distribution only. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ebates/ As you will notice when you go to the above URL it has a Support site and contact. I suggest you explore what they have to say about what you stuck into your computer.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
