One of my utilities says that Firefox does not work with thier security settings. Since Firefox is my preferred browser, can you fix this?

When trying to sign in to my account with a utility, it does not accept my username and/or password.

What utilities? If we have no info no one is going to know where to start.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? Error messages?

The utility is PSNC. That is the natural gas provider in this area. When I try to log in, my Username and/or Password are not recognized. When I called PSNC, they walked me through entering my Username & Password over the phone. I had to reset my Password. However, the PSNC representative told me that next month I would have the same problem because FireFox does not support their security.

Does this information help?

A rather vague response from them on what they mean by security as Firefox has supported 256-bit for a rather long time if the website provides it.

Most web browsers work the same way. But some do have 'bells and whistles' for better performance and options.
