An email account that I have received mails from sent me an email three times and none of the three arrived despite confirmation they had been sent. I want to be able to check what the system has 'junked' on my behalf and stop it where I want the mail. So if there is a list of mails intercepted how do I access it? Thanks, Dave

Are you talking about a pop or imap mail account?

If pop, then you can only access and download from the server Inbox.

Logon to webmail account using a browser and see if the email was put into the server 'Spam' folder. If yes, then select email and selct 'Not Junk' to move it in to the server Inbox. Then in Thunderbird, select mail account and click on 'get Messages'.

If email is not on server, then Thunderbird cannot download it.
