Hi there.

Using Windows 7 64Bit and latest Thunderbird 52.8.0. Recently over the past few months while printing my emails to a Epson 4880 printer (networked) only part of the page prints before the printer freezes with a debug error. It stops at the same point in every e-mail. The printer has to be re-started to gain control again.

I have printed Paypal invoices for several years to this printer without a problem and I am really frustrated about the issue. As a workround I am printing to pdf and then printing the pdf. No other software on the computer is having issues. (Office, CorelDraw, Wasatch rip software to name a few). Could it be something to do with Thunderbird??

Or possibly something to do with Paypal's formatting of the e-mails??

Someone solved a print problem the other day by changing the paper size from a4 to letter. Maybe the other way around depending on what is the standard for your part of the globe. If I remember correctly they did print preview and changed the paper size under properties.

No the problem seems to me more complex than that for some reason.

I am thinking however it could have something to do with the formatting of the email from PayPal. I have received other e-mails from PayPal and they print perfectly. It's only PayPal emails confirming I have received funds.

Most strange it is!
