Firefox crashes (blur and noise screen) when Viber gets notification
Sometimes, my Firefox (v60.0.2, 64bit, running on Windows 10 v1803) gets crashed (blur and noise screen) when Viber gets notification. Please refer to the attachment for the screen capture. Viber may be the cause. This occurs at certain point of time, not always, but very annoying. I have to quit Firefox and restart it. Especially, after crash, both of Firefox and Viber are white screens. Does anyone run into this problem? Any shared solution is appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you!
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

About crash reports, I type about:crashes in address bar, and it shows "No crash reports have been submitted." The issue has occurred a few hours ago, and actually Firefox did not completely crash, its windows was still present, but wrong graphic displayed on the UI as the attached screenshot. So I think that's why no crash report found. Please tell me if you need other materials to troubleshoot.
Hmm. Disable Viber. If the problem is gone, contact thier support.

How can Viber directly impact to Firefox? I think that's the root cause. Technically speaking, an application runs in its own sandbox, impossible to impact to others. So I think Firefox has certain internal issue regarding graphic processing.
Additional info: Whenever this issue occurs, although there are some other applications running at that time, only Viber and Firefox gets affected (Wrong UI, white screen). Other programs which are running at the same time are not affected.

Not sound good. Firefox may be had an potential internal issue in this case, not Viber. Viber may be the cause but Firefox get vulnerable and it is not good. And it may occur in other cases, not only Viber.
