Ver59.0.3, cannot upgrade to v60, cause evernote clipper doesn't work on v60.
Tested in safemode, no luck. Checked about:config, keyword.enabled is true.

Hi, please try a Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh but do this 1st: Delete your Cookies and Cache and TEST.

- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles
then
TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...:
If is your Profile :

Note: Any customization will revert back to default, you will also need to reinstall Extensions.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

The location bar drop-down list can show history items, bookmarked pages, pages opened in tabs, and search suggestions. You can set what suggestions show when you enter an URL in the location/address bar bar.
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
Address Bar: When using the location bar, suggest:

Do you have problems with ordinary web pages or only PDFs?
Extensions Cannot Inject Scripts Into PDF Viewer Any More
Firefox blocked extensions from injecting code into the PDF viewer, which is breaking a number of extensions. (Example thread: Extensions do not working on local pdf files -- workaround not applicable to web-based PDFs)
One Evernote Web Clipper user says you can use the download arrow on the PDF viewer's toolbar to open the PDF directly into Evernote as a workaround:
