I have lost login info due to a phone issue and not properly backed up. In meantime, I have been locked out of my domain and primary email due to server issue, and, yes, username and password. Cannot receive email through it, but that is the only recognized email. Is there any way to recover years of history and bookmarks?

No there is not. If you can get control of the domain again and know the username and password then you could get the saved data.
