Hi Data-Farm, do not connect an installation of Firefox to Sync if you do not want it to participate in Sync. You should be able to simply close or dismiss invitations to connect to Sync if you aren't interested.

Do you want to Sync other personal data to this Linux device?

I think that all connected devices have the same settings for syncing specific data, so if the Linux device is connected to Sync then the bookmarks will be selected automatically if they are selected on other devices.

I should have been more specific, I've been syncing for awhile did not want my bookmarks to sync on my new linux machine. If I did not want to sync my data, I think I would just "not sync." I want my other data add-ons, forms, etc to sync on my Linux machine. I would like the two Windows machines to sync everything.
