tabs crashes after some period of time?help needed to fix it?

Thank you for the crash report link. That one does seem graphics and memory allocation related, but I can't tell exactly what triggered the problem. Have you noticed any pattern to the types of pages where it occurs? Do the ones from after disabling hardware acceleration show a different "crash signature"?
Also, of course, Firefox 55 isn't supported any more. Which of your extensions that you can't live without is preventing you from upgrading? I see three legacy extensions: Session Manager, Saved Password Editor, and Tab Groups. Do you need suggested replacements for those?

it started happening after updating to firefox 55 from firefox 54.
however it's especially bad today

in terms of extensions honestly all of it especially session manager since i did not find any good alternative to it.
Those are problems with content on a web page (Process Type: content (web)).
What memory usage does the about:memory page show? Do you have a lot of tabs open when this happens?
