For the past couple of months non-Roman characters (e.g. Japanese language and punctuation marks) are sent as ? marks. Use to be OK. How can this be corrected?

Yahoo mail servers affect any message with accented characters, special symbols, double spaces etc. unless you change a preference in TB:
