I have my own mailing application, also I have developed API's to Send Emails, List Inbox Emails & Sent Emails List. I want to integrate my API's with thunderbird Compose Mail, Inbox and Sent Items. Is it possible? any technical help will be appreciated ??

I'm not sure what that means, and what you're trying to achieve. Note, Thunderbird is an email client, and you can't use it as a mail server for a third party app.

Hello Christ1, Thanks for your reply. I mean that suppose I want to develop an extension, which will use my own Mail Server API's to list emails in Inbox, Send Message and list sent emails in Sent emails in Thunderbird. Can I do that?

This sounds a bit like re-inventing the wheel to me. Whether you can do that or not, I have no idea. In any case, you're probably better off asking in a developer forum/mailing list, than in the user support forum here.
