Add the sender to the address book on the webmail portal for the account, so the sender isn't blocked at the server end, and also in your TB address book if you're using TB's junk controls.

Hi Alan, I think it would be a feature of your webmail site (the website where you are reading your email), rather than a feature of Firefox itself. Can you find a setting on the site to trust the sender?

If your question is about the Thunderbird email program and not Firefox, a moderator can move your question.
