How can you remove US dictionary from Thunderbird? I have tried looking at profiles, about:prefs etc, but cannot locate dictionaries anywhere. I don't need or want the US Englih dictionary, which tends to pop up as the default. Windows 7, (Thunderbird v68.2.2; Firefox v70.0.1)

You can either install TB for a different language, or install the desired dictionary and make it the default for spell checking in Options/Composition/Spelling.
